Lower Energy bills
Lower Chance of a Catastrophic Breakdown
Your HVAC equipment is typically what uses the most energy in your house which means you want it working at it’s peak performance to not add unnecessary energy usage. A neglected system slowly loses its ability to keep your home comfortable at the same level of efficiency it once did. A clean HVAC system consumes less energy after receiving professional maintenance which in turn, saves you money.
If one of our qualified service technicians are at your residence or place of business for a PM appointment, the chances of finding a problem before it actually becomes a problem is tremendous. By fixing a small problem in time, you can avoid the expensive repair that results from much bigger problems that could have easily been found during a preventative maintenance visit. By preventing future repairs, bi-annual maintenance pays for itself.
Everyone wants an incident-free cooling and heating season. After all, it’s incredibly inconvenient and uncomfortable when equipment breaks down on a sweltering summer afternoon or frigid winter night, right when you need your HVAC system most. The odds of this happening when you have a service technician coming by at least 2x a year for a PM are greatly diminished.
Longer Equipment Life
Air conditioners, furnaces and other HVAC equipment function best when they’re regularly serviced and cleaned. One malfunctioning part can cause a domino effect that causes the entire system to break down. Regular maintenance prevents this from happening and adds years to your equipment’s lifespan. We all know that our HVAC systems work very hard every summer here in Savannah
We recommend 2 preventative maintenance visits a year for residential customers. We find that having 1 in the spring and 1 in the fall are ideal times because the weather is nice and isn’t too hot or cold yet.
We recommend at least 4 preventative maintenance visits a year for most commercial customers. However, if you are a restaurant, we recommend bi-monthly or monthly PM visits.
