Hi I am the captain of the Lady Mina which is in Windmill Harborand Jacob arrived to service our 3 AC Units and check our one refrigeration system and he was a pleasure to work with, was well prepared to service our equipment, He also found that we needed to upgrade our fridge compressor.

They called after business hours to say they could come around 630 pm the first day we declined. They were supposed to call the next day to have someone come out. They never called back!

We had two properties whose AC had puttered out at the same time with the first major heat of the season. Mr. Dylan (technician) arrived within about a day for these nonemergency call-outs. He was clear, precise, friendly, and he knew what he was doing. He went through a series of reasonable diagnostics, and was able to safely manage the repair at both locations within the same day.This company isn't cheap, but it's not going to break the bank. I got great service for a fair price, and I couldn't ask for more than that. I intend to put the properties that I manage under a maintenance agreement with this company.Highly recommended.

Needed after hours service, called left a message and received a call back within 5 minutes if that!! The Technician was extremely helpful, quick to get loaded up and out to my house and fixed within no time! Absolutely fantastic customer service!! Definitely have customers for ever and will recommend to others as well!

Recently moved into a new house. However, before we were able to move in, we needed to have two air conditioning units replaced. We decided to use Edge out of Rincon, Ga. It was mid-December and with the holidays/short notice, we did not expect them to be replaced or to move in before the new year. Sean and his team were so awesome to work with and had the units installed before Christmas, which is much sooner than we expected!!!! I would just like to personally thank Sean for his help and guidance throughout the process. (We are first time home buyers, still learning many things) I would also like to thank the two men who worked, sun up to sun down, two days strait, replacing parts and installing the new units. You all were truly awesome and made this experience as easy as possible. Thank you!!
