I just wanted to Thank You for what you did with the Heating and AC System at our house. The Heat pump and zone system has saved us a lot of money over the last year and a half. Changing from a gas heating system, I wasn’t sure I was in favor of it. Because of your suggestion we have saved even more. I just saw a Scana commercial on TV they were showing .49 cent per therm as the new rate. I saw others when looking at .59 per therm.
2 years ago I was getting 9 & 10 cent per therm, locked in for 18 to 24 months.

Dylan was awesome! I woke up to a cold house, apparently the heat went out overnight and it was 50 degreesI call Edge and they had someone at the house within an hourDylan was the service tech. He was professional and understanding. He ensured the heat was working and explained what was wrong and fixed it.I recommend this company for all your HVAC needs!

We have recently started using Edge for commercial and residential HVAC work. They are a pleasure to work with, and are always super professional. They show up on time, in uniform and are extremely knowledgable. Hi I am the captain of the Lady Mina which is in Windmill Harborand Jacob arrived to service our 3 AC Units and check our one refrigeration system and he was a pleasure to work with, was well prepared to service our equipment, He also found that we needed to upgrade our fridge compressor.

Needed after hours service, called left a message and received a call back within 5 minutes if that!! The Technician was extremely helpful, quick to get loaded up and out to my house and fixed within no time! Absolutely fantastic customer service!! Recently moved into a new house. However, before we were able to move in, we needed to have two air conditioning units replaced. We decided to use Edge out of Rincon, Ga. It was mid-December and with the holidays/short notice, we did not expect them to be replaced or to move in before the new year. Sean and his team were so awesome to work with and had the units installed before Christmas, which is much sooner than we expected!!!! I would just like to personally thank Sean for his help and guidance throughout the process. (We are first time home buyers, still learning many things) I would also like to thank the two men who worked, sun up to sun down, two days strait, replacing parts and installing the new units. You all were truly awesome and made this experience as easy as possible. Thank you!!
